This Privacy & Data Protection Notice explains how PatientLead Health LLC ("PatientLead," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, purchase a product, or contact us. The short version: Our products are sold as one-time digital downloads, and you do not create an account. We do not collect health information from you to sell you a product, and our payment processor handles your card details so we never see or store your full card number. We keep only a minimal record of each order — an order reference and which product was purchased.
What We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact details such as name and email address when you submit a form or email us.
- Message content and any files you choose to share with us.
- Billing and transaction details when you purchase a product. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and a record of which product was purchased, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information.
- Approximate location derived from IP address.
- Pages viewed and interactions, such as clicks and time on page.
Purchase records
When you complete a purchase, we store a minimal record so we can deliver your download: an order reference from our payment processor and the product purchased (for example, the condition it relates to). This record does not contain your card details, and we do not collect health information about you as part of a purchase. Your downloads are delivered through time-limited links.
